Life is not only what happens to us, but also how we live through it. In my work, I help people better understand their feelings and desires, find inner support and build more conscious relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy is a space where you can be yourself and speak openly about what you are going through, without having to live up to anyone else’s expectations.

Originally from Ukraine, I have spent most of my adult life living abroad. I worked in the modelling industry for over twenty years. I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively, live in different countries, and meet people from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds and perspectives.
These experiences have greatly shaped my interest in people and relationships. I have always been curious about what lies beneath the surface, what makes us different from one another, what drives our actions, and why it can sometimes be so difficult to simply be ourselves.
My journey into Gestalt therapy began with a desire to better understand myself, my feelings and my relationships with others. Gradually, this personal interest grew into a desire to explore psychology more deeply and eventually led me to make a conscious decision to pursue a new career.
Through my training and practice, I have become increasingly aware that everyone has their own story, their own pace and their own path. For me, therapy is first and foremost a meeting between two people – a space where you can be yourself, talk openly about difficult things, have doubts, feel anger, sadness and joy. A space where there is no need to pretend to be better or more perfect than you are.
I have been living in London for over thirteen years. Outside my professional life, I am a mother and a wife. I love travelling, sport, animals, spending time with loved ones and everything that brings new experiences and excitement into life. I try to remain curious about life, about people and, of course, about myself.

Gestalt is about living contact. We don’t just talk about what has happened to you, but also notice what you are feeling right now, how your body responds and what is happening between us.
In my work, I create a space where you can be yourself, talk openly about your feelings and better understand your desires and needs.
I help people reconnect with themselves, explore those feelings we are used to hiding, and gradually find inner support.
There is no need to rush or to meet anyone’s expectations here. We move at your pace, paying attention to what truly matters to you.
My role is not to decide for you, but to help you hear yourself better, understand your feelings and find your own answers.

Gestalt therapy is an approach that helps you not only understand what is happening to you, but also notice how you are experiencing it right now: in your feelings, body, thoughts and relationships with others.
We may talk about the past, but what matters is how it continues to live in the present: how you build closeness, where you hold yourself back, what you avoid, and how you notice your desires and boundaries.
A lot becomes visible in the living contact between us. In our sessions we notice your habitual ways of being with another person and can try something new.
Gestalt doesn’t teach you the right way to live. It helps you hear yourself better, understand what suits you and have more freedom of choice in your relationships, decisions and life.
If you have been stuck in a certain state for a long time: tiredness, anxiety, emptiness, the same patterns repeating in your relationships.
If there is a feeling inside that “something is wrong”, but you can’t tell what.
If you want not just to cope, but to live more fully.
You don’t need to be in crisis. Therapy can be a place to pause and meet yourself, even when everything looks fine on the outside.
It varies. You can understand something important about yourself in the very first session. But understanding and starting to live differently are not the same thing.
Deep change in how you relate to yourself and the people close to you, and in how you deal with your feelings, takes time. Sometimes it is a few months, sometimes a year or more.
Both partners attend the sessions. Each session lasts 70 minutes.
The focus is not on who is right, but on what is happening between you: how you hear each other, where contact gets lost and what remains unsaid.
Everything we talk about in our sessions remains confidential. I treat your personal information with care and respect your right to privacy.
As part of professional supervision, I may discuss certain aspects of our work without revealing your identity.
The exceptions are situations where there is a serious threat to your life or health or to the safety of another person, as well as cases where disclosure is required by law. In such circumstances I may seek appropriate help, where possible after discussing it with you first.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged in full, but we can always talk about emergencies.
In our final session, we look back at the journey, at what has changed, and say goodbye.
It is not just a formality, but a chance to bring our work together to a gentle close.
You can choose a convenient time in the calendar or message me on Telegram or WhatsApp. If there is no suitable time, just write to me – we will find one together.
